Meaning of Naplan; The National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy is a series of tests focused on basic skills that are administered to Australian students in year 3, 5, 7 and 9
The National Assessment Program is run at the direction of the Education Ministers Meeting (previously known as the Education Council).
